Title: Champlain
Post by: netpred on April 21, 2010, 07:56:17 PM
It look like this property is right at the railway line. Am I missing something? This is a long drive for me to check it out so my guess is that this is one to avoid.

It not on the railway, its on 4th rd ,    google earth  45?37'7.90"N  74?39'27.65"W

Railways is 300 meters from closest part of land..

That said , It still doesnt look like its worth a drive..Hawksbury is not exactly a booming town

Here you go nedpred:

The line runs from Ottawa, thru the Vally, to North Bay. Just hold off a couple of months. I am submitting a subdivision plan up that way and want to avoid a "noise impact study"

Cheers

to be more accurate, the line actually runs from Smith Falls to Sudbury
