Did a quick Drive-by today. Couldn't even reach there so I gave up. Rough and long winding single lane (I might have gotten some scratches on my car  :() , then it seemed completely blocked by another property. Thought I might have missed a gem.  Relieved now  :D

A couple driving a new Audi was checking the other property. Wish they had a badge as Dave once suggested so I knew they were from here and could have said hello.  :)

Is there anything (garage, shed, etc.) on the lots?

If that was the right spot, no, I doubt there's anything but trees and bushes. And that spot is higher than anywhere else, way high above water. Not sure if that's the reason the owner gives up on them.

Both lots have well under the 200 feet required to put up ANY sort of structure, even if the terrain would allow it which it doesn't.  Basically an expensive set of campsites if anyone chooses to bid on them (I would prefer to camp on waterfront crown land with ample flat ground to set up camp.. and it's free). Hopefully some good lots will come up this summer in cottage country, and there have been a handful in each of the last few summers that weren't overbid.
