Did anyone happen to participate in (or just attend) last Tuesday's event ?

Any info on #2 would be greatly appreciated.

Sold for $51,500.00 or close to, owner deceased and lawyer giving up on family...

Did anything go for close to tax value ?

Yes number one redeemed...again... I believe it has been in the last 3 spring tax sales, from my understanding they were cashing in rrsp s so it will not be in next sale.  372 beach is the only property that sold in this tax sale
