Only one property had bids. so the one acre river front surprising had no bids
the 11 acres of farm land wnet for
23,300
sencond place was 21,444
enjoy your land

I didnt look at this too hard but I thought it had no road frontage.

The waterfront didnt have road frontage but the township was willing to give the unopened road allowance leading to the land to the winner. The neighbors looked like nice houses.  I should have bid on this one instead of the farmland.
