new sale .... .49 acre ....zoned rural res. (non conforming for building). Vacant. Right on Hwy 89.
Former gas station, building burned down years ago .... no info about the tanks though. ???
It' falls under the the Grand River watershed, it's subject to the Grand River Conservation Authority as well...
could be a bit of a dog's breakfast if there's seepage from those tanks or anything of that nature....rehabilitating
the property will probably be cost prohibitive due to those tanks (if they're still there :-\)

contact tssa and they will let you know if fuel tanks in ground but still a gamble on oil and or heating oil
