Title: Lake Erie waterfront

Is anybody interested in the waterfront property on Lake Erie [wheatly chathamkent]? I took a look at it this past Sunday. Minimum bid is $22,800 and change, it's listed @ $126,000. If there is anybody interested, I will check back here and give you my take on the property.
