Appears  to be 404,181 m2   (100 acres)

Appears to be 80% swamp

Township's Zoning By-law designates most of the property as "Wetlands Protection" and even more of it as "Flood Plain".

It all depends who your final  buyer is.  Seeing as PFM has done all the work I will let him buy it and immediately resell it for a huge profit.   ;D

I'm guessing the only hunting on this land would be the black flies and mosquitoes hunting us

If the truth be known all of on this board are jealous of the private hunting preserve we know you have on your boat.  BTW how has "BARE" (spelling is correct) hunting been so far this year.

Unfortunately I can't get a hunting liscence for this type of hunting. :'(
