It IS NOT waterfront so it is worthless.... non waterfront cottage lot on an island and I cant even tell if there is a road to it

I looked into this property and I agree. The lot is not on the water so it is not worth much. From what I can tell there does not seem to be a decent road to anywhere near the island. One map I looked at showed roads on the island but the majority do not. If it was right on the water and you had a big boat it would be good but not on water.
