What could be the best possible uses..anybody??
I just found out that Springwater property by the river is officially declared as a swamp(wetland) and you have to pay NVCA to hunt mosquitoes there too..(Please correct me if I am wrong)

you can grow bullrushes as a possible replacement for corn in Ethenol,

You can breed alligators as a possible replacement for cows which make too much methane anyways

Breed giant frogs.....Kentucky Fried Frogs..certainly has a ring to it

Mosquito breeding for use in protein cakes..Soylent green is people mosquitos.. has a ring to it doesnt it

New  natural spring swamp water

Im sure the list of uses is endless.........the list of good uses...not so much

On a serious vein the only use I have seen for a swamp is if it is part of or adjacent to property that can be built on.  If so investigate the possibility to put in a pond and in all seriousness call ducks unlimited.  Ponds do have value but it ain't easy and it ain't cheap but it can be done.

If you can't build on the adjacent property it is not worth the investment.

Of course once the pond is in the property can now be called waterfront. ("Don't laff I have seen someone do it. Of course slum lot lords try to put a possitive shine on anything)
