Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help in deciphering legal descriptions for me.
Description of Lands: Part Lot #, Con #, Township as in QR######;
Township; County of X (PIN #####-####(LT))
Roll ### ## ### ### ##### ####
Minimum Tender Amount: $ #####
I know what the Lot and con are (Lot # and Concession # of the property) but I am wondering if someone could enlighten me on what the 'QR' number is for?
I think these are correct and if not could someone clarify?
PIN is the Parcel number (perhaps someone could enlighten me on the 'LT' in brackets?)
Roll is the tax number
Thanks for any help
Pete

Even though I didn't ask the question, thank you for the answer.

On the same note, what does S/T Execution XX-XXXXX, if enforceable, mean?
