174k for bush road prop  -- 110 2nd  --- not a bad price but still expected it to go for under 100k
110k for the peak trail prop -- 2nd place was 20 000----     overpay! :o :o i wouldnt pay even 20 k for that

174 for 232 acres.. would make a nice weekend campsite..way too high for a flip but not a bad deal for end user..



110 for 25 ft of water..had to be one of the neighbours expanding the waterfront, That is full over the top retail



Did the 3rd redeem?

Actully the 2nd highest bid was $117,685.35. The highest bid was little high, but if you look around how much they are going for, I think its not a bad deal, if the zoning can be changed in the future, the lucky winner may have a jack pot! Congrats to the winner!

Its a terrible deal, the winner should immediately walk away and leave it for the second  ;D( friend of mine) In sure the second would even be nice and cover the lost deposit..

Seriously It is a good buy for an enduser or a long time hold/ family compound sort of thing .
