Title: procedure of owning a sales tax property

I have some interests of sales tax property. How does it work? I have done some basic research and talk to some people that does this for a living but not quite understand the procedure of owning a sales tax property.
Is there a wait time after purchasing these property before I can take full possession? Does the tenant that live in these default property have to move out after you purcahse their default  sale tax?

I really like this step by step2 guide by one of the members here.  Take a look at the link, it will give you a better understanding of the steps.  Then try bidding, it will fill in the rest of the your questions until new ones emerge.
