Title: newbi renovator looking for potential partner

I have been renovating for many years now, but always for someone else.  i know i can make properties sell, and for good prices.  i have an investor, i am the renovator,  i am now looking for a third member, someone knowledgable on tax sales.  Your role would just be to help with some technical issues on finding and buying the property.  Not very much work at all,  in exchange for this expertise i will share a percentage of the profits negotiated personally.  I am confident one flip, could profit all of us.
