Title: P.E. County waterfront

The almost half acre waterfront parcel (assessed value 95,000) went for
1)   75,675
2)   70,707
3)   66,365

any thoughts from anyone

I am really not sure on this one. If the lot is buildable, it is probably a good deal. If it is buildable and the waterfront is nice, then it is probably a great deal.

If it is not buildable...... happy camping  :(.

Im number two once again. Once again I changed my original bid at the last minute from 77k which would have won to 70 which lost.
the township said it was buildable but that quinte conservation had the last say. Quinte never returned my calls so with that uncertainty and the prospect of 10k in HST  I lowered my bid while I was at the bank.

If it is any consolation, I can say "been there, done that". The sting does go away.
