Has anybody checked this out?   what are the contamination issues?

Don't know anything about the site - but thru google & mpac it looks to be just a part of a parking lot!

It could also be the brick house painted red. (in the run down boarded up industrial area). I could not see the house address on Goggle maps. Either way, not prime real estate.... keep looking I guess.  ::)

Keep away from it. A friend of mine told me that it's appraised value should be only $11,500 (close to minimum tender amount). And both of its neighboring lots have many executions registered on the title. one of them was owned by the same person. I think it will also have some kind of execution registered soon.  :-\
