The Cloggs Rd one seems interesting - Kingston has been building up in the Cataraqui Woods area for the past few years and the one off old Kingston Mill Rd (a local favorite area with the mills and water) - Haven't seen them but both are ideal areas, the downtown ones - Montreal rd is the shady side of the city - some houses are okay - but some are trashed. I would recommend doing a drive by prior to forking out any money in title searches.

Better check the zoning for clogg rd before spending a penny on it  Flood plain and EP...its worthless unless you are adjacent

Interestingly, if I'm reading their EP bylaw correctly, you could cultivate but not build, so you could farm but have no drive shed or storage, etc. but a trailer would be OK.  I know, not what most on this board would find worth pursuing, but I'm always looking for good farmland -- just not a 3+ hour drive.
