Title: georgian bay water lot

By my calculations this lot would be 1692 years behind in taxes.... how could that be? or is the govt. paying itself again?
If anybody bidding I would love to see their calculations(form 5 I think)

not sure why someone would buy that up.... Yippy i have 4 peoples docks, this will obviously redeem as i assume its shared ownership by the cottages
