Sometimes I wonder about buyers expectations.  Actual Ad on Kijjijji. 

Wanted: a small land with access to lake

i want to purchase a land with the access to lake for getaway purpouse.
hydro, septic all that has to be there. perhaps a smal house too.access year round, no furder than 2 hours north from oakville or toronto.. email me please .thanks   

Anyone got a one hundred sq foot property (eg. 10 X 10) they want to sell.  We will call it bunkie sized property listing.  ;D

Kijiji and Craiglist are the worst for unrealistic bargain hunters ( douchebags extraordinaire ) ..If you ever try to sell on there ..the offers are beyond stupid ..When I bought my jet skis off Kijiji. I got them for 13K which was 3 to 4 k under value as the seller had to fire sell them due to divorce.. He was asking 13500

 He was getting offers of 4 to 5 k which wouldn't even pay for one , let alone a pair and trailer

As a side line : This is an actual ad that appeared on craigslist a few years back. If you have ever sold on there you will completely understand this ad

He's got enough money on the table for a one week rental on lake Muskoka.  And I love the Cinder Block guy...I wonder if he does masonry work.  8)
