Well not a peep on this one - that usually means significant interest.  ;)

I am obviously not talking about the contaminated property.

I normally would not start a post about a property like this because of the interest that would be generated. On this one, there is no such worry. The interest is already there and is phenomenal judging by the calls to the municipality. The municipality has also kindly let everyone know that the lot was existing as of the date of the zoning by-law and as such is buildable as per municipal standards.

The over and under for this one is $75,000. I bet over. Dave?  

First rule of this business is do not hunt in other participants hunting territory.  (There are a few exceptions to this rule we give to senior members of this business like G2020 and this guy  8))
(This rule also does not apply to lurkers because it is impossible to know what they are interested in).

As far as I am concerned this is in yours, DRD's and PFM's hunting territory so have not and will not even look at it.  

I also have to spend some time looking at my secondary hunting territory of Cochrane.   ;D

G2020 kindly let me know that it went in the low 60's.
