Has anybody done any drive by's?
What looks like it will actually sell?
Cheers

8)The usual suspects are up again - 23 Nugent Drive among others has been on every tax sale for several years and always gets redeemed; so I would pass on the drive-by. Percey Court looks ok but I would not get my hopes up. Hamiltion seems to have the same pattern tax sale after tax sale, they list lots of properties that look good but almost all get redeemed even on the last day. 8)

pj diddler....if you are going to wear my mask, don't do it while you are doing any drive-by's...people will begin to think that I am ubiquitous, and while that may be the case, let's keep them guessing.
As to readvertising properties for tax sale, the history of the property and the processes it has undergone are only known to the tax collector...it may be that there was an error in the process and it got cancelled, or the owner signed an extension agreement, and then renegged, or whatever ... that doesn't make it any less of a deal if it goes full term this time. 8)
