Title: "special rural residential"
Post by: vulcun on August 28, 2006, 01:24:46 PM
Can anyone tell me what the zoning "special rural residential" might mean?  Would it allow for development??
Thanks.

That's an interesting designation.  I would assume that you are either taxed at a higher amount then a rural property or lower.

Any designation could allow for development depending on the city and the bylaws they have.  I would call the city to see if you can obtain a building permit and what requirements the city might have.
