The karma war has gone on too long

People now need 25 posts to add karma and the positive/negative karma is now a total

Bravo! I was so discusted with the karma issue regarding PFM that I gave him a couple of positive karma points myself, just to help right a wrong. Robs method is much better. PFM puts a lot into his postings and whether or not you appreciate his humour, he does not deserve negative karma. Helpful, insightful, and well researched postings. Rob has a brilliant solution to avoid demotivating our best and prolific contributors.
