I am wondering would anyone care to provided a newbie a check list? I have been doing my research on process before the auction and after if you are winning bid.
I understand if you did not win the bid sooner or later the government would send you the deposit.
Before the auction:
- do a drive by to visual inspect the property without trespassing
- do the first title search 1 week before
- research the geography
- 24 hours before auction do the second title search
- place a bid with deposit
Winner bidder:
- pay full amount of bid within 14 days

* What is next, when do i need to get a lock smith, talk to the police with paper work, what other papers do I need to obtain?
