Both redeemed.

It proves one more time wait until the last day saves you money. In this case, my lawyer didn't have time to do a title search for me a few days ago, until today. I was told both had been cancelled right before I was about to head to the lawyer's office. $70 saved! I guess I should be happy, shouldn't I?  :P 8)

Gee Jayz:

 If my math is correct at $35 a title search Tri Target and OTS Jeff maybe soon out of business.  How about you form a business; $ 70 a title search and you get $35 profit.

Last time I checked you would be 2/3 of the competitive price even with your markup.
