First; I would like to apologize to Tri-Target and a few others about my last post...It was taken out of context and will not happen again. I cannot believe I lost 7 karma; hopefully I can get some back 8) Anyhow here we go....

Rumour has it clean up will be huge......

Do you or does anyone happen to know the background stories of any of these properties?  Can you let us know, please? thanks!

I believe that two of the houses were vacant and the other ones I am not sure... 8)

the woodbine buy was a great deal.  the other two will be close to breakeven after reno costs.  As for the contaminated property  I heard from the city and other sources that the cleanup cost will be about 2.5 million, somebody didnt do their homework
