Just curious if any body attended Bramption 10 Maple avenue sale and how much did it go for.

I emailed the Treasurer last week - no response as of yet.

I got a response from the City today:

"Thank you for your request of October 15th regarding the Tax Sale of 10 Maple Avenue.
 
The results of the tax sale will be published on our web site by the end of this week.  As per your request, the sold amount of this property was $161,651.00."

Not bad for $233k assessed value house in GTA for $162k.

Not bad at all - my sister in law had a good look; its been rented for a long time and there is a lot of work to do but decent.
