Does anyone know how to get a tender package, or more information for Bancroft tax sale?  I have emailed PETER DEGEER, Director of Financeare twice with no reply.

I would give the city a call or if you emailed over the weekend I'd wait until the end of today.  I checked around for you if there were any tender packages available on any other site and no luck on this one.  Which is good news in the longer run for your bid.

Just call the town office, and ask for the tax section - they will have all the info. you need.  If I recall, they were good enough to fax me copies of the maps and zoning (which I have since discarded as I wasn't interested), you can also ask them to mail you a full copy with the form and envelope they require.

You can ask for the Treasurer, but they are usually busy and any of the tax clerk's can assist you.
