Surprisingly little action ... maybe the township should sell off lots before the outstanding tax balance is so high (ie. $336K for the commerical lot)

50 acres was a decent pick-up - I'm really surprised not one bid on the property that backs onto the river.

Nasty yes - but a fisherman's paradise to be able to dock the boat in the backyard and head out on Simcoe at leasure.

I just don't know the market. Last time I was in Keswick, and it was a few years back, well... no offence intended but 'The Rock' wasn't the nicest town... right up there with roughest bits of The Dirty 'shwa (I'm allowed to call it that cause for a short time in my youth I was living in it and it was dirty)
