Title: Execution: Beneficiaries Interest after tax sale

Hello, thought I would ask the experts on this board. From my understanding all executions are void unless it is by Crown. Has anyone had any experience with Executions left on title that are left as "S/T BENEFICIARIES INTEREST"?
