Just as FYI - City Staff are trying to avoid the sale of this property via Tax Sale and allowing the owner to obtain funds - my bet is that this one will be cancelled, just a matter of time

I wonder why the city is even allowing that at all......?

City Staff and Council do not favour property sales via tax sale - they have always shown an interest in maintianing ownership when possible
