Looks like a last second date change for the opening of the tenders for the Barrie Tax Sale.  Here's the link to the City website.

Tax Sale date has been changed again according to City website.

Just as FYI - City Staff are trying to avoid the sale of this property via Tax Sale and allowing the owner to obtain funds - my bet is that this one will be cancelled, just a matter of time

City Staff and Council do not favour property sales via tax sale - they have always shown an interest in maintianing ownership when possible
