Title: Brant County

On the Tri-Target link for Brant County it says "Houses, a Building and Apt. Combo & Vacant Land". What is the apartment combo? The funeral home?

Wendy, my quess was also that they were referring to the funeral home at 375 Maple Ave. S. This should renew some of the previous discussion as to who is entitled to the contents.
It may also help to know that the house at 7 Talbot Street was up for tax sale a few years ago but got redeemed. It is a large acreage but really just a strip at the rear of a lot of homes. At the time the house was a tear down, but that is just our opinion, nevertheless you should bring binoculars to get a good look at the foundation and roof from the lot to the north, before deciding what to bid. It will probably get redeemed again, but if it doesn't, I suspect that you do not get the two horses.
