Title: Is there anyway I can do an overall deposit summary.
Post by: Dave2 on August 11, 2013, 09:30:06 PM
I am going to pick on this guys  8) back yard.

http://www.haldimandcounty.on.ca/uploadedFiles/Residents/Taxes/Official%20Tax%20Sale%20Tender%20Package.pdf

Lets says I wanted to bid on all 22 properties in Halimand county.  (Netpred give me some odds that none redeem.)  I am an optimist.

Doing 22 bank drafts is a pain in the neck and costs me a lot.  (My bank charges $550).

Is there anyways I can do a master check to cover them all and in the case I win one and lose 21 apply the unused amount to register title.

Okay wolfpack comments please?

(I accept the criticism that I am basically lazy but I would like to enjoy my beer and not have to fill out 22 bank drafts. Guilty as charged.)

Mayhaps you could shop around & get a better rate, or start carrying cash & a pistol.  :>))

Ah, Dave2, if only I had your problems.
