Anyone bidding? No chatter on this one! Looks good!!! hope the storm keeps from redeeming last minute... Any thought what will win, 92,000?

I too hope it will go through, but I will not be surprised if it is redeemed at the last minute.

Someone might be bidding $184000 though as I see some good tax sales properties have been sold for market value.   :-\

We will see what happens this time.

I know what you mean, Matt. If you're right, this would be WAAAYYY above market, as I think the tax man has this thing overpriced big time.....

Perhaps one reason for the lower winning bid, is that according to the municipal tax clerk, a relative of the deceased owner is still living in the house.
