Title: Waterfront on Stewart Lake

I love a good puzzle, and I have little faith in government at any level to be error free.  Hopefully the pictures will convey the puzzle.  I measured the parcel in the second image at .43 acres.

Just one of those interesting computer anomalies.

It is because of those so called anomalies I am a great believer in a site visit.
