sell the motorcycle and i will sell you my land in burleigh falls for 70 000...but i want the cash not the motorcycle

Understand.  One of my fundamental problems in this business is I have not learned to manage my significant other like some of the smarter people in this business.  She wants cash not toys.  

You can imagine her reaction when I was actually offered this car for a property that has since sold for conventional consideration (see photo).  

In my case I am at a double disadvantage cause she does the books.  :'(
