Wescott Road: winnind Bid $38,900 11 bids in all
Alexandra Ave:  only bid $32,000
Not certain of Brock street

I am wondering if The Windsor Star article actually missed the best value tax sale in Windsor?

Yes Dave, but did you note the last sentence in the article -

"The new owner will not be responsible for paying the outstanding taxes owed prior to the sale of the properties that were once home to a gas station, car dealership and garage."

You think maybe there might be some remediation expenses involved ?

Full agree with your observation, but there is a more interesting issue about this news article.  It is talking about a WINDSOR NOVA SCOTIA tax sale.  Note that it is an auction.

Amazing coincidence as both are happening at the same time.  Owe you a cold one for a good observation.
