March Break....all good Treasurers are in Florida.  Speaking of which, saw some good deals while down there (beauty is in the eye of the beholder)...for example, penthouse in the Hammock Dunes (Palm Coast) going for $800,000....last sold for $2,400,000 in 2007.  Dave, if you are interested I can get you more info.  then I'd be happy to rent it back from you....cheap of course. 8)
