I am Mountainman.

As once I vowed I will return,

To speak of wealth this fortnight shall you earn,

Many revolutions have passed, but do you learn,

If you bid, you shall not burn.

For this is true,

And none shall rue,

And by the time the cock ten times will crew,

Wealth with be with next dawn's dew.

So now is time,

While on your dime,

To raise from your bench of pine,

There is no reason or rhyme.

But if you must,

Go big or bust,

'Cause if you if you don't, it will be rust,

But if you do, others you will oust.

Good luck to all my friends and feast well,

wrong province.  You want the Alberta Board. I don't know how he does it but Rob used his connections and the tax sale you are looking for will occur on July 21 and is referenced here:
