Title: ADs for TAX SALES

Are all tax sales required to list with the Ontario gazette ?
What about Sheriff auctions ?
What other Gov't ad papers are there, if any

Well properties in the province of Ontario must list in the Ontario Gazette.  Frank mentioned in a previous post they are doing it towards the end (because of the cost of the ad and the number of properties being redeemed).  Other provinces and states, yes and no.  Usually the local paper is the first sign of a tax sale property.

Stay away from Sheriff auctions unless you have a large amount of money to back you up in case you make a mistake and get a huge mortgage on your hands.
