I have a tax sale property that I bought in the town of Seguin (Christie township) awhile back.
I started using the property and even had a small trailer on it while I was doing some brush and tree clearing. Within days, I had a bylaw officer show up and gave us a notice that the trailer had to be moved within 7 days. Apparently, the property is under an environmental hold and cannot be built on or have a trailer on it.
Does anyone have experience with this type of situation?
Also, can a still build a 100 square foot structure on the property and use it as a "garden property"?

Don't know exactly what you have but you could always try to resell it.
