Did anyone attend the Halton Hills Sale on the 17th? Results?

Yup, a serious over bid took it. Then again it was a developer so deep pockets I suppose

$322000!! Visited the place myself and found a notice of mould inside the place and a health hazard warning. Neighbour jumped out as soon as I stopped the car to tell me not to buy the house and there has been a lot of marital fights in that house :(

This sale would have been too rich for my blood in any event.

Anybody know who was posting all the signs for the sale?  There were hundreds of homemade signs in Milton and surrounding areas advertising the sale - like it was going to be an auction or something.  Makes me wonder if the owner didn't understand what was going on?

73 bidders and $320,000 later. Assessed value was $285,000 so someone definitely should've gone to shop with a real estate agent instead. I visited the place and there were signs of mould and foundation cracks everywhere.
