Title: Did anyone look at Windsor Tax Sale Properties?
Post by: guoxiaozhong on October 15, 2006, 04:18:11 PM
Did anyone look at Windsor Tax Sale Property? Is there comment?

I looked at tax sale properties in downtown Hamilton. To me, they are all junk, not worth a bid. They all should be teared down.

How about Windsor? Are there good ones?

Thanks

In fairness those properties look like many others that should be taken down in downtown Hamilton.

Can you tell us what you found in Hamilton in more detail?

In downtown Hamilton. Those properties are either burned for gutted. One Multi-units and commercial building are in danger condition. They should be taken down and re-built.

Only properties in Stoney Creek are in good condition. But I heard they were all cancelled.

Rob:
I tried to post some pictures for Hamilton Tax Sale Properties. But there is size limit (150K) for each picture. My pictures (JPG files) are about 800K each. I am wondering if you are going to increase the size limit here.

You should expect to see any properties in the Hamilton sale that are worth looking at, will be redeemed one by one prior to the sale.  It has already started - people don't believe that the Municipality will actually sell their property until they see it advertised and strangers start knocking on their door.  Their are a few that will end up going to sale, but expect them to be severely challenged properties.

No, and I might remove that option completely.   Post your photos here: flickr.com or here: imageshack.us and provide a link to the picture.
