Hello, can someone please help me clarify what this means in layman terms on a title search I obtained for a property.
instrument type: notice
amount: blank
parties from: Her majesty the Queen in right of Canada as represented by the minister of transport
remarks: airport zoning regulations.
Should I be concerned?

This tells me that there are regulations in place which place prohibitions on the land. Usually Airports are concerned about how their noise may affect you - so there may be restrictions on any residential development. There may also be restrictions regarding height, and in some cases no developments whatsoever. Better check it out further before you make the investment.
