Just looking to see if anyone attended to opening for the house near Uxbridge?

Yes, I did.  In fact, it was my first time attending tax sale.  The property went for $251,000.00

Doesn't sound like much of a deal to me considering the risk.  Thanks I appreciate the info.  I'm trying to figure out if it is something to get into in this area.  My brother was able to get a house for $30,000.00 two weeks ago near Ottawa so I hope I can find something like that too.  Time will tell I guess.
