I checked out the property on Barcroft Road yesterday. I stayed away from submitting a tender as the property has 2 ROW passages and one is right through the middle. I couldn't obtain any further info on what was involved in having them lifted. Do you know any thing about this???

The smaller lot with deeded access sold for $13,888.88 the other one that was 4.9 acres with the ROW across it sold for $34,200.00. From what Ive heard the township owns the ROW and is willing to sell it to the purchaser? Some one was also saying they were told that they were told that they could get 2 severances making 3 lots. Sounds like a good deal if that is the case?
