  If you go to www.centralfrontenac.com, click on "Municipality", then "departments", then "taxation" then go to the bottom and you will see that the latest results are not posted, as of a few minutes ago.

Property 8 Went for around 31k. I didnt hang around for the rest.

Wow 31K, that seems really high, sometimes I think we may be able to get a better deal on the market.

A friend bought a weekend getaway about 20 min. north of this place for $55,000 move in condition with 5+ acres. Buy the time they are done with this house on 2 acres they will have paid $35,000 as is + a min. of  $20,000 to get it useable that's if it had a functioning well and septic, which I have doubts it did. I don't know the value of this place in prime condition but I doubt it would be more then $60,000? ???
