Hi

Looking into the ones in Wallaceburg in Chatham-Kent.  Some company named Landmark Properties owns them all.  Are they building lots?  Any info to share?

Interesting!  In the same issue of the Ontario Gazette that announces this tax sale, there is a "Landmark Properties" listed among the companies who are in default of complying with the Corporations Tax Act (see the third page of:  http://www.gov.on.ca/GOPSP/en/graphics/108530.pdf)

These lots look like they are among existing residential.  Anyone know if they are a builder?

FYI - I just went on MLS.ca and found that a Realtor has these vacant lots listed for sale at prices ranging from $6,900 to $25,000.

I am going to contact her and see if she will tell me anything.  It says vacant lots for sale in existing residential neighborhood.
