Title: South Frontenac property

Called the township and they say this is a very small peice of vacant property .07 acre, has anyone seen it? It is zoned UR1, does anyone know what this is?

I asked for a tender package and she didn't send much info. no map or property description other then the legal one. the UR1 zoning is urban residential first density. I guess this means it's a town lot.

She wasn't very helpful with me either, apparently it is a corner lot on the Perth Road at Perth Cres.

Yeah I agree, if I was closer I would go see it.
