Title: Comprehensive Listings?
Post by: Rye31 on January 02, 2006, 04:54:31 AM
Fantastic site and info!
Rob - I think I would direct this question to you as admin...Just wondering how comprehensive (for Ontario) the listings
that this site posts are? Is it all the ones that become available in the province? Is it worth signing up (paying) for receiving lists etc?
I'm just starting to venture into this type of real estate procurement so I appreciate any and all
advice!

Hi Rye,

Good question, I'm sure many people have had the same question.

All of the properties that have been listed in Ontario over the last year and a half are on the site.  No pay site can offer more listings for the province of ontario then the ones we have listed.  You will get the exact same information, in a monthly email from most paysites.

The only people I have recommanded go the paysite route is someone who wants the properties sent to them monthly via email rather then visiting say this site every 2 weeks or so.   I suggest you save your money for the properties you want to bid on.

Welcome to the site, and good luck property hunting.  After your first bid everything will a lot clearer.
