Title: Foreclosure Listings

Hi everyone,

Just today I have received 3 requests for me to start sending foreclosure listings.  I have no problem doing that but I don't have the time to send listings to people I have never met and none of whom are even my clients.  I will send anyone as many foreclosure listings as they want as long as long they agree to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement with me.  That just says that if I send you something you are interested in, you will use me as your agent to place an offer on it.  And no, there is nothing suspicious about a Buyer Agency Agreement.  It's standard practice in Ontario.

If you are interested and if the listings provide some value to members on this site, I would like to offer them on the site for everyone.  I could provide a link to your email and/or webpage and list you as the contact person on these properties.  There would little work involved for yourself, if you provided the listings to my email address I could post them on the site.

I understand you want everyone who sees these listings to sign a buyers agreement.  I have a feeling you will receive many more offers if you provide them to everyone who visits this site.  A buyers agreement could be signed prior to showing the properties or providing further details.  I understand you feel there is a risk of someone using a different agent to purchase these properties. Most people would contact yourself about a property they are interested because you knowledge about the properties and understand the process and pitfalls involved.

If you are interested please let me know.  I think it could be a great opportunity for yourself and for everyone who visits the site.

Thats' fine with me.  If you don't mind though, maybe you can inform me of the areas you would like listings for.  I have no problem providing the link to you and then you posting on this site.  Agreed.

Just another thing.  It would be appreciated if I were the only agent providing you with the listings for Ontario.  If you use another agent for other provinces, that's fine with me, as long as I am the agent for Ontario.  My website is currently down, so a link to my email address is fine.  You can use pluthra@trebnet.com
